In such cases, you can Contact Us by email or call or chat and share the transaction details with us. Our customer helpline will verify the transaction status with the Payment Gateway and do the needful in the most effective way. We assure you that your money will never be misplaced as every transaction has a unique tracking ID.

How long will it take to receive my winnings after I request a withdrawal?

Your online transfer requests are processed on all days so will get your winning amount in your bank within 3-4 working days. But sometimes it may take longer, especially in cases of suspicious activity such as rigged games, multiple user accounts, account observation, etc.

Can I cancel or reverse my withdrawal request?

Yes, you can reverse your withdrawal request before it is approved. To reverse your withdrawal request, please log in to your account, go to the "Withdrawal Cash" tab and then "Withdrawal Request Status". Here you can see all your withdrawals status and you can click on 'Reverse' for the withdrawal request you wish to reverse. After reversing withdrawal, your account balance will be automatically credited with amount reversed. You can use this option instead of depositing should you wish to make a deposit after withdrawal.

Send us an email at support@rummypassion.com from the email ID you used to register. Attach your bank statement or passbook. This way, we can update your banking details.

Provide us with your IFSC code, bank, and branch.

After we update your bank details, we'll send you a confirmation email. When you make a new withdrawal request, you'll also see your updated bank information.

How do I add my bank account information to my Rummy Passion account?

To add your bank account to your Rummy Passion account, follow these steps:

  1. Tap the menu icon (three lines) at the top right (Android and iOS Users) or My Account (Desktop Users) at the top right corner of the screen.
  2. Choose "Withdraw Cash."
  3. If your KYC is pending, complete it first; it's a mandatory requirement before adding your bank details.
  4. If your KYC is completed, you'll see three sections. Click on the "Bank Details".

This way, you can successfully add your bank account information to your Rummy Passion account.

How do I add my UPI ID to my Rummy Passion account?

To add your UPI to your Rummy Passion account, follow these steps:

  1. Tap the menu icon (three lines) at the top right corner of the screen.
  2. Choose "Withdraw Cash".
  3. If your KYC is pending, complete it first; it's a mandatory requirement before adding your UPI.
  4. If your KYC is completed, select withdrawal method as “UPI Transfer” and continue.
  5. Under "Withdraw Request" tab, click "Add UPI ID" option to add your UPI ID and click "SAVE" button.

How do I update and change my bank account information?

If you want to change your bank details that you've already added, here's what you need to do:

  1. Click the menu icon (three lines) at the top right.
  2. Choose "Withdraw Cash".
  3. Select "Bank Account" and tap the Continue button.
  4. Tap the "Change Bank Account" to edit your bank account information.

By following these steps, you can easily update your bank details as needed.
