How to make a deposit in my Rummy Passion account?

To add money to your Rummy Passion account, follow these steps:

  1. At the top of your Rummy Passion app, click the yellow ADD CASH button.
  2. Enter the desired amount (The amount from your previous successful payment will be pre-filled).
  3. If you have a Promo Code click APPLY NOW next to Got a Coupon Code?
  4. Enter a promotional code and click APPLY.
  5. Click the Continue button to proceed with the deposit.
  6. Choose your preferred deposit method and deposit the cash.

After your deposit transaction is confirmed, you will be taken to a successful deposit page. From there, you can go to the lobby and start playing you favorite cash games.

  1. Click the menu icon (three lines) at the top right corner of the Rummy Passion app.
  2. Tap on the "My Transactions" option.
  3. Under Transaction Type select the option "Deposit"
  4. Select the month for which you want to view the Deposit transactions.

By following these steps, you can access all the information related to your deposits of one year.

Why is my deposit still in the "Pending" state?

It's exceptionally uncommon for a transaction to be labeled as pending on our payment gateway. Typically, updates occur within 30 minutes. If this duration surpasses 30 minutes, kindly give us 24 hours to address the situation.

Send us an email from your registered email address at support@rummypassion.com and include your deposit transaction ID. Our finance team will review such transactions. Upon approval, the transaction will appear in your account, and you'll receive an email or SMS notification.

I deposited money, but the transaction got declined. When can I expect a refund?

It's very rare for your payment to be declined by the payment gateway but still processed by your bank.

However, any discrepancy will be recognized. The money will be returned to your account when the bank and the gateway balance their records on the next working day.

This complete process usually takes about 15 banking days.

Amount deducted from the bank but not credited to the Rummy Passion account?

This is an uncommon situation. It usually occurs due to technical problems with your bank. However, within the next 24 working hours, when the bank and payment gateway cross-check their records, any discrepancy will be identified.

If the money is with the gateway, it will be added to your Rummy Passion account instantly and you will be informed. If not, you will receive a refund to your original source account.

This refund process to your source account may take up to 15 banking days.

I'm not able to withdraw my deposit amount. Why?

You can only withdraw the winnings from cash games or tournaments, and not the initial deposit amount. You can check your withdrawable balance under the Account Overview section.
