To update your account details, select "My Profile" option from the Menu on the top right corner. Here you can fill in all details, verify your email ID & mobile number and upload your ID & address proof.
This only happens when your payment has failed or RummyPassion has not yet received the payment from the payment gateway. If payment has failed, you will need to attempt depositing into your Rummy Passion account again. This could be because your ID proof maybe unclear, expired or doesn't match the address and therefore has not been approved. We request you to please upload a clear image / valid ID / ID that has the same address as mentioned on your Rummy Passion account.
